A bit obsessed…
Recently we began using Vimeo at work and the more time I spend on the site, the more I think about it and want to contribute little videos… It’s a bit different than Youtube in that it has a MUCH smaller user base and that user base is a bit more sophisticated. Check this out as an example… and while you’re there, take a look around the page and look at all the small little design touches that make it such a scream.
I uploaded a video yesterday (The “Trains” video I made with Mr Goubeaux) and someone already added it to the “everything animated” channel. It’s a great little community that I hope continues in the absence of their recently fired CEO Jakob Ludwick.
It kills me that my iPhone doesn’t have video recording capability so that I could upload videos directly from my phone as opposed to buying a separate little camera (which I may do today).
