Arclight Cinemas sucks

I just tried to see Indy 4 at the Arclight in Hollywood and their customer service was so poor it caused me to miss the beginning of the show. In the ENTIRE theater there was only 1 computer that was capable of printing tickets bought online. Their self serve kiosks were broken. Computers at customer service were broken. The line was also soley responsible for validating parking… Which made the line even slower. After waiting so long that I missed the show, I confronted a manager and asked him ” you guys charge a premium for a premium experience… What happened?”. He just shrugged.

I had my doubts about Arclight already… But now it is official. These guys suck.
