So, For the last few days I have been getting up early, exercising, making a small portioned low fat breakfast and a salad for lunch at work. And every night I have been trying to come home and cook a new healthy dinner (usually containing fish…) and I realized how long it had been that I hadn’t been cooking in an even REMOTELY healthy way. I have needed to rethink so many things I would normally do to make sure that it was indeed low in fat, low in calories and that the portion size was properly measured. Its only been a few days, but so far so good.
